I’m a CG<\/strong> and<\/strong> VFX Supervisor<\/strong>, On Set Effects Director<\/strong>, VFX Artist<\/strong>, TD<\/strong> and Compositor<\/strong> with 18+ years industry experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n I predominantly work with Maya<\/strong>, Max<\/strong>, Mental Ray<\/strong>, VRay<\/strong>, Arnold<\/strong>, Nuke<\/strong>, Combustion<\/strong> and After Effects<\/strong> and program in Python<\/strong>, MEL<\/strong> and C\/C++<\/strong>. I’ve been lucky enough to be employed on both a freelance and permanent basis for a wide variety of studios including Passion Pictures,<\/strong> Nexus Productions,<\/strong> Jim Hensons Creature Shop,<\/strong> Cosgrove Hall<\/strong> and Uli Meyer Studios<\/strong>. Projects have included everything from features to commercials, music videos to festival pieces and shorts to interactive installations.<\/p>\n I’m currently employed as VFX Supervisor at Passion Pictures where I’m tasked with leading the creative and technical output of the studio. I oversee jobs from pitch through to delivery and am involved in every aspect of pre and post production. I regularly pitch, plan, meet clients\/agency, budget, schedule, crew and run jobs, as well as fixing any problems along the way.
